Dr. Stephanie J. Morris is originally from Rumson, New Jersey. She earned a B.A from Franklin and Marshall College where she majored in Ancient History and Classical Archaeology, studied Pre-Healing Arts, and minored in Ancient Greek. She graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where she was a member of the honorary osteopathic service fraternity, Sigma Sigma Phi.
Dr. Morris completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Lehigh Valley Health Network where she received the Joseph W. Gastinger award, excellence in clinical medicine and outstanding humanitarian behavior.
She then completed her Rheumatology Fellowship at Geisinger Health System. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Subspecialty of Rheumatology. In addition, Dr. Morris is a Certified Clinical Densitometrist. She was awarded Top Doctor of Rheumatology by Main Line Today in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
Her research has been published in Arthritis Care and Research, The Journal of Rheumatology, Journal of Clinical Rheumatology, and Case Reports in Infectious Disease.
She is a member of the American College of Rheumatology, Philadelphia Rheumatism Society, and Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Society. She is a board member of the Hellenic Medical Society of Philadelphia.
